We provide expert advice in the planning, delivery and completion of your special event. Our experienced events team, including our kitchen brigade, operational staff and preferred suppliers are all looking forward to making your dream event run smoothly.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, and if there are any concerns, queries or other ways in which we may be of assistance, our experience will ensure your event will go off without a setback. Our function manager can offer you various event options within the Hamilton Hotel as well as inventive ideas on how to create a memorable function with the design and theme in which you are searching for.

Please Note: Minors are permitted to attend private functions, however must be immediate family and with a responsible legal guardian for the duration of the event. Minors are permitted to stay in the function room until 10pm, and then must leave. Minors are not permitted to order at the bar or walk through the hotel without supervision. The hotel requires notification upon booking if minors are expected to attend your event.

River Room

With 140m2 of majestic red carpet, the newly renovated river room is a brilliant place to host your next event. Complete with your own private bar, bathrooms, night life system, and restricted public access, the river room is flexible enough to suit any type of function group and is very popular with weddings, corporate events and birthday celebrations.

Nightclub

Our night club is the perfect space for larger events. With your own private bar lounge area, dance floor, state of the art light and sound system, stage and designated out door smoking area, the night club is an ideal space for groups with a large number of guests, 21st & 50th Birthdays, school reunions, weddings, large seminars are all popular in this space. This room may not be available as a private space on saturday evenings due to regular entertainment.

Sports Bar Lounge

Reserve an area in the sports bar, and receive vip treatment. Sports bar bookings are free of charge and do not require a minimum spend. With live cover bands both friday and saturday nights, the sports bar is the perfect space for those after work get-togethers or small informal gatherings.

Marquee

Experience vip treatment just like a-listers at the racecourse, built to mirror just that; the outdoor marquee is a great space to host a luncheon, high tea, cocktail event or twilight dinner. Lisenced until 10pm.
