RIVER ROOM
The River Room is a private function space located on the venue's first floor. An open plan room suitable for all types of functions, complete with a private bar, two male and female bathrooms, and state of the art audio visual system for all your PA needs.
H LOUNGE
The H Lounge is located on the first floor, overlooking the Brisbane River, the ideal private function room for your next event.
The largest private function room in the venue, the H Lounge is well appointed with gold booth seating, a large inviting bar, private toilets, private smoking area, AV, Sound, and fully comprehensive meeting facilities. Whether it's a social party you want to throw, a corporate team building meeting, or a specialised event, the H Lounge has the capacity to accommodate it.

the bistro bar
Our Bistro Bar is able to accommodate both cocktail and seated areas for groups of up to 40 people.
THE MARQUEE
The outdoor marquee is a relaxing and unique place to host semi-private functions and a favourite for luncheons, high teas, baby showers, engagement parties, cocktail gatherings or twilight dinners.
Gus's Guestroom
Gus's guestroom is our newest private function room, ideal for private exclusive dining or corporate boardroom meetings.
Located along Racecourse Rd Window's, Gus's private room looks out to the gorgeous tree lights at night.
Suited for intimate bookings of up to 18 guests.
